Uploading and Editing Photos
To upload a photo please click on the Upload/Edit link on your profile page located near the bottom. Click the browse button and you can scroll through the list files to upload. Next decide if you want the photo you are uploading will be a public photo or profile photo.

Interests
When you signup or later you can select a number of interests that best describe what you are into. You can even create your own by filling in more interests in the boxes. Make sure that you click the check box next to your filled in interests so that they can be posted.

Facts about you
When you are looking at your user profile you can add little facts about yourself like what is your favorite product and numerous other items. You don't have to select all of these to include in your profile but write enough of them so people can find common interests.

Journal
You can add journal entries so you can share with the community how things are going. Perhaps you want to talk about your child or some other experience that others may relate to. Remember everyone comes here to be heard and receive help.
